Our services
We read the meters, we measure how much water and heating is used, and we share the cost between the families in the building. Here is everything we do, explained simply.
What we do
Four services, one goal: usage you can understand
From reading a single meter to bringing a whole system in line with the rules. Pick the service you are interested in and see how it works.
Water
We read the water meters in your building and share the cost according to what each family actually uses. Where it applies, we use per-person charging: the cost is worked out from the number of people living in the home. That way everyone pays their fair share and the bill holds no surprises.
See the water serviceHeating
We measure the heating with heat cost allocators and heat meters: devices that record how much heat each home really uses. The cost is then shared using the criteria set by the rules. The result is fairer bills, and usage you can keep under control, even with shared central heating.

Electronic meters send the reading remotely, or as the technician walks past in the street. Nobody has to come into your home; this is called walk-by reading. No appointments and no disturbance: the readings come in on their own, and more often. It is also the technology the rules require from 2027.
See how smart metering worksThe 2027 requirement
By 1 January 2027 metering devices must be readable remotely. We install new systems and we upgrade existing ones. We check your system and tell you what you need to do to meet the rules, without the last-minute rush.

How we work
Three simple steps, carried out with care for 50 years: we read, we calculate, we report.
Step 1
We take the readings
We read the meters and the devices on the radiators at regular intervals, in person or remotely where the equipment is electronic. In most cases you do not even need to be at home.
Step 2
We work out each share
We turn the readings into a cost allocation: we share the total cost between the homes, using the criteria set by the rules. Each family pays for what it has really used.
Step 3
We send clear statements
Residents and building managers receive statements that are easy to read, showing how much each home used and the share it has to pay. If something does not add up, call us and we will explain it: 051 226693.
Compliant metering by 1 January 2027
Heat metering systems have to meet the new legal requirements: devices that can be read remotely, and cost allocation that follows the rules. There are 134 days until the deadline: now is the right time to plan the work.
