Download the form you need

New account
To open a new account in your name, when you move into a home that is not yet in your name.

To put the contract in someone else’s name when you take over a home, for example after buying it or signing a new lease.

To close the account when you leave the home. Telling us straight away matters: without this notice you stay responsible for what the next occupant uses.

To update how many people live in the home. It is needed where water is charged per person: your share depends on the number of people.
