What we do for you
A complete service, from the building to the meeting
We look after the water and heating used in the buildings you manage. We start with the meter readings and end with documents that are ready for the residents' meeting.
Regular readings
We read the meters in your buildings at regular intervals, and from a distance too. No appointments inside the homes, and figures that are always up to date.
Water and heating cost allocation
We split the cost between the residents using the criteria set by the rules: everyone pays for what they really use.
Checks on the bills
We check the bills from the water and heating suppliers against the readings we have taken. That way you catch mistakes and odd figures before you pay.
Unpaid accounts
With credit management we help you keep track of the amounts still owed in the buildings you look after.
Reports for the meeting
Clear summaries of what has been used and how the cost was split, ready to present at the meeting. Fewer questions, and decisions taken more quickly.
Devices and bringing them up to standard
We install and replace electronic meters, heat meters and heat cost allocators, with an eye on the 2027 deadline.

Compliant metering by 1 January 2027
Heat metering systems have to meet the new legal requirements: devices that can be read remotely, and cost allocation that follows the rules. There are 134 days until the deadline: now is the right time to plan the work.
